Privacy Policy

Member accounts and all member features — profiles, friends, timelines, chat, and claiming a business or Pride event listing — are for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it. Public pages such as the business directory and Pride events calendar can be viewed without an account.

Account information. When you register we ask for your email address, a display name, and your date of birth. Your date of birth is used only to confirm you are 18 or older (and, in the future, to verify age 21+ for events where alcohol is served). Your birthday is stored privately — it is never shown on your profile, never shared with other members, and never displayed in the member directory or admin listings visible to others.

Profile information you choose to share. Nickname, pronouns, city, interests, about-me text, profile photo, cover photo, and timeline posts. You control your profile visibility: Public, Friends only, or Private.

Listing information. Business owners and event coordinators provide names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, social links, and photos. Contact emails for listings are kept private and visible only to site administrators and the listing owner.

Location. If you use "near me" search, your location is used in your browser to find nearby listings and is not stored on our servers.

Online status. While you are signed in and actively using the site, we keep a short-lived activity time so permitted adult members can see that you are online. We do not store your location, device details, or pages visited for this feature. You can show your status to all members, friends only, or nobody from Your Profile.

To operate the directory, member community, chat, and games; to verify age eligibility; to notify you about activity you opt into (such as friend requests or chat mentions); and to keep the site safe through content reporting and moderation. We do not sell your personal information.

You can edit or hide your profile at any time from Your Profile, choose who can see it, delete your own posts and comments, block other members, and request account or listing removal by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

We keep your information while your account or listing is active. Uploaded files are stored privately and served through time-limited links where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we restrict access to private data to authorized administrators only.
