Terms of Service

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a member account, use member features (profiles, friends, timelines, chat), or claim a business listing or Pride event. You provide your date of birth at registration so we can verify this. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be removed. Some future features, such as ticketed events serving alcohol, may require you to be 21 or older.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for everything you post. Keep your login credentials private. You may use a nickname instead of your legal name on your public profile, but your registration information must be truthful.

You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. By posting, you give us permission to display that content on the site in line with the visibility settings you choose.

Businesses, drag performers, Pride events, and other listings may be added by site administrators from publicly available information, or submitted by the public. Claiming a listing lets the verified owner or coordinator edit it. Paid listing tiers (such as social links or flyer uploads) are billed annually and renew until cancelled.

Owner requests. The verified owner or coordinator of a listing may request its removal at any time by contacting us, and we will take it down promptly.

By the site. We may edit, unpublish, or remove any listing, post, or account that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, hateful, harassing, spam, or otherwise violates these terms, without prior notice. Paid listings removed for a terms violation are not refundable.

End of subscription. If a paid listing tier lapses, the paid features are removed but the basic free listing remains unless the owner asks for full removal.

No hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, or illegal activity — ever. Members can report posts and comments; site administrators review reports and may delete content or suspend accounts. In chat rooms, only administrators may edit or delete others' messages. Blocking tools are available to every member.

Directory information is provided as-is and may come from public sources or third parties; we do not guarantee every listing is current or accurate. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on listing information.
