The journey
Ten steps to Pride day — and beyond
01 / The beginning
Start your Pride
Claim your event and make it yours.
The top menu leads directly to Events, Directory, Community and Play. Each main section has its detailed links in a sidebar; individual features keep the page focused. Use For Organizers for the dedicated Organizer Portal: Pride in a Box, ticket selling, Door Check-in, Committee Hub and My Events, or visit Community for the Lounge and friends.
Begin with an event listing. Sign in, create your free member profile, then find your Pride on Events or claim an event. Owners can also take over a listing by text: a 6-digit code goes to the phone number already on the record, and entering it hands it over at once. Once claimed, it appears in My Events and you become its Pride Director.
Pride City is a sample, not a real organization. Its example names, dates and invitations are fictional.
See the claim flowPride City's fictional team could follow interest without tracking people: the homepage footer shows today's consenting-browser count, and site admins see daily totals in Site Activity. Preview testing and signed-in admins do not count. Choose whether this browser counts. No fictional visits are added to real totals.
Example for Pride City's fictional team: listing verification requires the unchecked text-consent box. STOP is handled by Twilio, blocks future texts from the toll-free number and cannot be overridden on the website. HELP provides support information once text support is configured. Read the text-message policy. This tour sends no real texts.
